A CCOF certified organic farm and winery in Dry Creek Valley, 37 years and running. Lou and Susan Preston have diversified from their original dedication to grapes and wine to a multifaceted commitment to food and sustainability. Olives, olive oil, tree fruits, berries, summer and winter vegetables, grains, lamb, pork, kid, eggs, all pasture raised. Fermented foods include olives, pickles and kraut. And of course wine.
