Potatoes for 2010 German Butterball, Chieftain (red), Viking Purple (white flesh) and Princess La Ratte. Harvest starts in August. These are mostly dry farmed potatoes (we use very little water) and we farm using a donkey and a mule when we can. We test the soil, do crop rotations and use cover crops. This year we've added two new growers; Henning Farm (CSA) and Paperwings Farm (cut flowers, see them at the Santa Rosa Farmer's Market).
